After 30 weekly matches between 16 teams and 3 finals the Clayton RSL over 55's Billiards & Snooker team are the Premiers.

Over 55's

The over 55's RSL billiards and snooker comences on Tuesday 15th February.

The format of this competition for 2011 is 1 game of billiards and 3 games of snooker, but if the 2 clubs agree they can play 2 billiards games and 2 snooker games.Each player has a handicap based on prior form so that most games are close and every player has a chance.

This year there 12 clubs and 16 teams playing a double round of 30 matches followed by the finals.Also this year there will be a final 8 like the AFL football.The games are played on Tuesdays starting at 10.30am followed by lunch.

This year we have 7 players. Graeme Walters: Captain, John Walters, Ron James, Phil Mahney, Bruce Peters, Walter Leopoldseder, Ian Hellings.

Best Breaks

Last season, the biggest breaks were made by John Walters. 45 in Billiards and 33 in snooker. Well done John!
