Members Rewards
Members Rewards points are redeemed for food and drinks at the Sovereign Bar.
Members Rewards Points can be earned when members swipe their cards in the entry booth and when making purchases from the bar.
Membership Points are accrued as Club Members spend throughout the club.
Members Mega Jackpot Draw
Every Friday in the Sovereign Room at 7:15pm we run the Members Mega Jackpot draw.
Each week we call out the name of a member and if they're in the club and come to the Sovereign Bar within 1 minute of having their name called they collect the Members Mega Jackpot valued up to $800.
After the jackpot has been won, the prize value resets to $100 and jackpots each week until it is either won or attains a maximum value of $800.
Once the Members Mega Jackpot attains $800 in value, it stays there until it is won.
All you have to do to win is be a member in the venue and be lucky enough to have your name called.
Members Big Barrel Bonus Draw
When members visit Clayton RSL on Wednesdays or Fridays and swipe their card on entry, they receive tickets.
On the last Friday of the month, members place their tickets into a barrel in the Sovereign Room and at 7:20pm a ticket is drawn from the barrel.
The member with the winning ticket will win a prize valued up to $200 but they must be present when their ticket is drawn.
What our club is about
History
The RSL was established in 1916 by soldiers returning from Gallipoli their aims were simple. They needed to preserve the spirit of mate ship formed amidst the carnage of horror and battle. To honor the memory of the fallen and to help each other in their time of need and this is still today the underlying philosophy of the RSL.
Membership
Service Membership
A Service member is one that has served in the Australian Defence Forces or the Defence Forces of our allies as a regular, Reserved or National service person.
Affiliate Membership
An affiliate is a type of membership that caterers for family members of serving or ex service men & women its purpose being to provides a form of RSL membership that maintains the “blood” line of those who have served their country in both peace and war. It is also for current and ex -serving members of anAustralian Police force, Fire brigade, Ambulance Service and State Emergency Services or any person who has been awarded a certificate of Appreciation by the RSL. By being a member there are many different services available for each and every member although they do vary between Service Members with overseas service as opposed to non overseas service and some are again different for affiliates members.

Access to RSL Sub-Branches by Members of the ADF
The RSL state executive (Victoria) recently past a resolution to allow access to sub-branches and the use of RSL facilities to all Australian Defence Force members in Victoria, full-time and part-time, on the production of their Service ID card.
